IBI Motorcycles is a visual build-intelligence platform and enthusiast community that provides motorcycle inspiration, build information, builder knowledge, and community discussion. Membership and community interaction operate through Skool, a third-party platform. We do not perform motorcycle repairs, sell parts, or guarantee the work of outside builders.

3. Membership and Payment

Membership registration and payment are processed securely through Skool. Membership pricing, billing, and cancellation are governed by Skool's terms in addition to these Terms. Please review all terms before signing up. IBI is an evolving platform; features and benefits may change as the community grows.

Future features and offers mentioned on our website are planned concepts and are not guaranteed until officially announced. Eligibility and separate rules may apply.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use IBI Motorcycles responsibly and lawfully. You must not:

• Post abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory content.
• Share false or misleading information about builds, parts, or builders.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the website or community.
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization.
• Display or share private residential addresses or personal information of others.

5. Build Submissions

Members may submit motorcycles and build information for review. Submission does not automatically guarantee publication, featured status, or showcased status. Featured builds are selected by IBI based on quality, completeness, originality, educational value, builder participation, or community interest. Showcased builds are displayed to recognize the motorcycle and builder.

By submitting a build, you confirm that you have the right to share the content and grant IBI permission to display it with appropriate builder credit. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.

6. Intellectual Property

The IBI Motorcycles website, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of IBI Motorcycles and is protected by intellectual property laws. Motorcycle images may be owned by their respective builders, owners, or sources and are used with proper attribution where required.

7. Disclaimers

IBI Motorcycles provides community discussion, research, and informational resources. All information is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of build information, part identifications, or fitment observations.

Members must independently confirm part fitment, installation requirements, mechanical safety, and legal compliance with qualified professionals, manufacturers, and appropriate authorities. IBI does not guarantee financial savings or that members will avoid all mistakes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IBI Motorcycles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or community, including but not limited to incorrect part purchases, mechanical issues, or injuries resulting from build modifications.

9. Indemnification

10. Termination
